Section 1 — Online Store Terms

Section 2 — Accuracy of Pricing and Product Information

All prices for our products are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Prices and stock availability are subject to change without prior notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue any product or service offering without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any price alteration, suspension, or discontinuation of products.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours, fabric textures, sizing specifications, and images of our apparel. However, because actual colours depend on your device display calibration, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will be completely accurate. Please refer to our Size Guide for exact sizing measurements.

Section 3 — Orders, Invoicing & Payment

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order you place with us. In our sole discretion, we may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing, shipping, and contact details for all purchases made at our store.

All payments are processed securely through Razorpay, an RBI-authorised, PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant payment gateway. We accept UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), credit/debit cards, and Net Banking. We do not store your payment card or UPI credentials on our servers. GST-compliant tax invoices are generated automatically for all completed orders.

Section 4 — Intellectual Property

All content included on this website, including but not limited to brand names, logos, illustrations, photographs, styling layouts, descriptions, and custom graphics, is the exclusive property of Haven and Threads / Babyloop and is protected under the Indian Copyright Act, 1957, and Trademark laws.

Any reproduction, distribution, display, or transmission of the content of this site is strictly prohibited without prior written authorization from Haven and Threads.

Section 5 — Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, Babyloop, its proprietor, affiliates, and logistics partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products or services.

Our aggregate liability arising with respect to any order placed on our store shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the specific item in dispute.

Section 6 — Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you goods or services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms of Service at any time by posting updates to our website. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes.
