Cash on Delivery is available via Delhivery for eligible pin codes. However, we strongly recommend prepaid checkout via UPI or card. COD orders require an automated telephonic/WhatsApp confirmation before dispatch, which may introduce an additional 24-hour fulfillment buffer.
As soon as your shipment is packed and scanned by Delhivery:
If an outer parcel arrives severely tampered or visibly damaged, please refuse acceptance from the delivery agent and notify our support desk within 24 hours at [email protected].
If you discover damage after opening, send us photographs and your short unboxing video. We will coordinate an immediate replacement or full refund through Razorpay.
